Receptionist are great,polite and helpful but I rated it low mainly because of their general surgery practice manager whose patient interaction needs to improve a great deal. I have dealt with other practice managers in the past but no one comes anywhere as low. Shame for one person to bring down rest of the team

Having been with the practice since about 1975 I have always had nothing but praise as I listen to friends and colleagus always complaining about their Doctors and have always found that this Surgery have always been a very caring helpful one all the staff and Doctors over the years have been very good and have kept up with the needs of their patients has always come first so I would have no hesitation in recommeding this practice to others

When booking an appointment over the telephone, some receptionists are more friendly and constructive than others. Àasometimes there is a long wait to book an appointment with a nurse. E.g the hospital may request for your ears to be syringed prior to a visit in, say, a week's time but the earliest appointment is in three weeks. Generally speaking though, a receptionist will tend to see if an appointment can be fitted in at a convenient time.

I found them very efficient very helpful, direct and clear on medical advises, everything as it should be as my own experience. All doctors are excellent. I am very thankful.
